Laurence drives success at The Portmarnock Group. His contagious drive to bring his best to work each day infiltrates all corners of company. Laurence works closely with the Managers to ensure clients receive the best possible care from the team, while also being in regular direct contact himself, visiting sites and developing ongoing security strategies as required. Heading for 30 years in the industry, Laurence has excellent contacts and has honed a unique ability to read situations as well as people and to play out scenarios, meaning he can fix problems, fast.

Colleen Harris

Director

With a wealth of front-line experience and absolute dedication to meticulous client liaison, Colleen is the initial point of contact for new and existing clients. Exceeding expectations is a priority; Colleen is available 24/7 to address any queries or issues and in the often-changing landscape of security solutions, this personal touch is key to client satisfaction. Daniel Alexander

Chief Financial Officer

With over 20 years experience, Daniel has extensive industry knowledge; he’s totally trustworthy and always a positive member of our team. Daniel oversees all aspects of our internal and external financial processes. He’s fully integrated into the workings of our client’s security solutions and is a unique asset, having spent many years himself working in the front line of operations. He is the final piece to ensure smooth service throughout all of our client interactions.

Jason Sherrell

Head of Operations

Jason oversees the day to day running of The Portmarnock Group’s full spectrum of security services. Reporting into the Directors, he leads a strong and diverse team of security professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability and continued development.
Tailoring robust, long-term strategic projects, as well as incident response plans, often with demanding timeframes, Jason has perfected his craft over the course of 13 years in the industry.
His up to date health and safety knowledge alongside legal and regulatory understanding is crucial to delivering operational excellence. He thrives under pressure and is known to put our client’s needs first and foremost, meaning you are always in very safe hands.

Hayley Saint

HR and Accounts Manager

As Head of HR, Hayley oversees all aspects of human resources and manages key responsibilities within the Accounts team. Her role includes supporting employees, leading performance management, developing and implementing internal policies, and handling day to day financial administration. Hayley works closely with teams across the business to ensure that processes are fair, consistent, and well organised. Known for her practical and calm approach, she plays a vital role in maintaining a supportive working environment while ensuring the smooth operation of the company.
