The Portmarnock Group is now the sole supplier of SIA-approved Security Guarding to Capital Arches Group Ltd, McDonald's. They provide a first-class service of highly trained staff and react quickly to last-minute requests when required. Almost a decade ago, I intentionally sought out a small company to fulfill periods of increased service demand. The reason for this was because our business would be prioritized, we would not be competing with larger clients for resources or attention. Very often it is assumed that better quality of service comes from larger organizations because they should be ‘better organized,’ more experienced etc. However, it is my experience that this is often a flawed assumption.
